Booking terms & privacy

The short version: book at least 3 days ahead, pay before we send your host link, and tell us early if plans change.

1. Booking

Send a booking request through the form on this site or by email to contact@triviafun.au.
A booking is confirmed once we've emailed you to confirm the details and you've paid.
Please book at least 3 days before your event, so we have time to build your board and check every question. Ask us about anything sooner.

Prices are in Australian dollars and are shown on our home page.
We email payment details after we confirm your booking. Payment is due before we send your host link.
Players never pay and never need an account.

Each board has six categories of questions built around the themes you give us. We check the questions before sending your link.
A private host link to run the game on a laptop or TV, with a timer, live scores and phone play for your guests.
Your host link is for your event. Please don't share it publicly. You can replay your board with a fresh join code.
You need a screen for the board and an internet connection. Guests need a phone with a web browser.

Change your date or themes for free up to 48 hours before your event.
Cancel before we've started building your board for a full refund.
Once your board is built, we can't refund it, but we'll happily move it to another date.
If something goes wrong on our side and the game can't run, we'll fix it, rebook you, or refund you in full.
Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Family-friendly boards are written to suit all ages. 18+ boards contain cheeky adult humour and are for adults only. The host is responsible for choosing the right mode for the room.
If you send personal details for a personalised board, please only include things the person would be happy to have shared with the room.
We work hard to get every answer right. If you spot a mistake, tell us and we'll fix it.

We collect your name, email, optional phone number and event details so we can arrange your booking and contact you about it.
Players enter only a team name to play. We don't collect players' names or contact details.
Your details are stored with our hosting and database providers. We don't sell them or use them for unrelated marketing.
